Bringing Authentic Ramen to the People of Colorado Since 2018Growing up in the town of Saijo in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, I helped my mother cook every day.

When I moved to Colorado, I fell in love with the state’s beautiful mountains and lakes. Out of love for this place, I wanted to bring the authentic Japanese flavors of my mother’s cooking to the people of Colorado.

And especially, I wanted to share the taste of traditional ramen made with fresh broth and the perfect texture of noodle.

Ninja Ramen Mobile is the embodiment of that dream.

In addition to ramen, I love to cook other authentic Japanese dishes such as curry rice, gyoza (dumplings), Spam musubi, yakisoba (fried noodles with egg), and karaage (fried chicken).

I am extremely grateful to the people of Colorado for making my dream a reality, and I can’t wait to see you at the truck.
